How It Works
1. Place an order online and save
Place an order for the certification course you need. You may purchase 1, 2 or 3 certification courses simultaneously. You will save 10% on orders of two certifications and 15% when you order all three.
2. Studying for the exam
As soon as your purchase is complete you will receive instant access to the online study guide and exam for each course you've purchased. You can view the online study guide and take the online exam from any computer with Internet access. We also offer PDF versions of both the study guide and exam for individuals who would prefer paper and print. This is a convenient option when traveling.

3. Taking the exam
While each course includes complete online training material, you can spend as much or as little time reviewing the material as you need. Once you're ready you may begin the exam at any time and take as long to complete it as you wish. You will have 3 retakes plus your initial attempt to pass the exam.
4. Get your provider cards
After you have successfully completed the exam you will be able to immediately download and print your instant provider card. The next business day we will ship your official hard copy wallet provider card.

Can you rush a hard copy SD ACLS card?
Yes, we offer an expedited shipping option. In the meantime please print your downloadable PDF card you receive after completing the San Diego ACLS exam. Many providers use this card alone.
I'm going to be traveling and I purchased my PALS in San Diego, can I take it from another computer?
No problem, you can take our courses from any computer with Internet access.
What should I do if I accidently deleted my confirmation San Diego BLS email?

City Statistics Critical Care Providers Should Know
San Diego has been growing for a long time in large part due to its great year-round weather. There are a number of recreational activities that San Diego residents take part in both in water and out. Medical providers moving to the area should be prepared for more accidental injury cases.
In general San Diegans are healthy. In 2009 the population reported the following self diagnosed health status: 23% excellent, 39% very good, 28% good, 10% fair, less than 1% poor. Heart disease rates for the city were at 6.4%. 26% of the population reported high blood pressure. Of the individuals with high blood pressure 71% were taking medication to control it.
Almost 8% of the residents of San Diego are diabetic. 11% have been told at one point that there are asthmatic. Of the individuals who reported being asthmatic, 88% reported signs of asthma symptoms in the last twelve months.
Slightly fewer than 10% of San Diegans have been diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives. The most common type of cancer reported was skin (44% of cases) and breast (11%).
