Instant online certification or recertification, day or night 24/7/365
Our courses include complete online training material and online exams so they can be completed from your home, office or any other place with a computer and Internet access. Our courses do not require an in-person skills check for certification or recertification, so they are 100% online. Download an instant provider card as soon as you pass your exam, day or night 24/7/365.
No skills check required
We do not require an in person skills check for our courses. Our training material and exams are completely online and can be completed from any computer with Internet access. Simply pass the exam for your course and you will receive an instant provider card and a hard copy provider card.
No hidden fees
Each of our courses includes everything you need to earn your card – we don't nickel and dime you with additional fees for things that should be included. Many other online emergency training providers charge extra for study material or shipping for your hard copy card, or both. Or they make you pay for "Rush Review" if you want them to quickly send out your instant/email and hard copy provider cards. Our system allows you to download an instant provider card as soon as you pass the exam, plus we ship hard copy cards within 1 business day and we don't charge extra for hard copy card shipping.
New AHA guidelines
Each course is based on current AHA guidelines, including both the online training material and the online exam.
Accepted nationwide
Our courses are accepted nationally in all 50 states, and internationally around the world. Free US shipping for your hard copy provider card is included with each course, with express shipping or international shipping available as options at the time of purchase.
Free instant provider card
Each course includes an instant provider card for immediate proof of certification. The instant card is an Adobe PDF document that you can download as soon as you pass your exam, day or night 24/7/365. You can then print the card and use it until you receive your hard copy card in the mail. This is a convenient option for anybody who needs proof of their certification as quickly as possible.
Free online training material
Each course includes complete online training material, so you won't need any other material to study and prepare for your exam. We do not charge extra for online training material like some other online emergency training providers, or make you purchase an AHA manual. Our online training material is designed to quickly and effectively teach you the required concepts and techniques you need to understand the material. The sections in the training material correspond to the sections in each exam, so if you don't pass your exam the first time it is easy to find the appropriate training material section and study it some more before retaking the exam.
No time limit for taking the exams
There is no time limit for taking our exams, which dramatically cuts down on the stressfulness of taking them. You'll be able to spend as much time as you need to answer each question. Plus, exams are graded automatically so you'll receive your score right after you submit your answers. Once you pass your exam, you will be able to download an instant provider card that you can use to provide proof of your certification while waiting for your hard copy provider card to arrive in the mail.
3 free exam retakes
Three free exam retakes are included with each course in case you do not successfully pass your exam the first time you take it. If you do not pass on your first attempt, your exam results page will list the questions you missed so you can study for them using the online training material and pass the exam on your next attempt.
ACLS, PALS & BLS available
We now offer certification and recertification courses for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Our convenient shopping cart makes it easy to purchase 1, 2 or 3 courses, plus it includes automatic discounts of 10% when you purchase 2 courses and 15% when you purchase 3.
1 year risk free guarantee
A great way to determine the quality of an online course is to look at the guarantee. As a rule of thumb, poor guarantee = poor course. We back up our courses with a 1 year risk free guarantee – the longest guarantee offered by any emergency medical training provider. If you purchase one of our courses and are unhappy with it within 1 year, please contact us to arrange a refund.
Most other online providers have very limited guarantees/refund policies. For example, some won't refund your money after you take the exam, while others only offer a guarantee for a few weeks or don't offer any guarantee at all. We believe we have the best courses available today so we back them up with the best guarantee on the market!
Secure, easy payment process
Our site is secured by Verisign, the industry leader in safe, secure online shopping. Verisign uses cutting edge encryption to protect your personal data during the purchase process. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Indiana Info
Indiana was admitted to the Union on December 11, 1816, the 19th state. Indiana is mostly seen as a typical Midwest state, with big agriculture, small towns, and attractions that are family-friendly—a wholesome image filled with farmer's markets, sports events, and festivals of all kinds.
Indianapolis is by far Indiana's largest city, with a population of 829,718 as of the 2010 US Census. The most common industries in Indiana are manufacturing, agriculture, education, healthcare, and finance. Indiana is one of the fastest growing states in the US. The population is mostly white, and, according to many people, diversity is not an appreciated factor in the state of Indiana. For a more diverse population, it is suggested that visitors and residents explore the bigger cities, such as Fort Wayne and Indianapolis.
The biggest, most famous attraction in Indiana is the Indianapolis 500 (also called the Indy 500), which is a 500-mile open-wheel race car track, attracting hundreds of thousand of visitors from all over the United States to watch the annual race (which is held the last weekend of May, Memorial Day Weekend).
Other enjoyable festivals and gatherings include the Columbus Scottish Festival, the Wizard of Oz Festival, the New Harmony Kunstfest (celebrating New German heritage), and the Seymour Oktoberfest. Music, food and entertainment is enjoyed in outdoor arenas all spring, summer and fall long. Winter brings people in to enjoy museums, restaurants, and an active nightlife.
Families with children often enjoy Hamilton County's "eight great towns," which are full of fun, out-of-the-ordinary things to do, such as hayrides, corn mazes, gallery walks, and train tours. Farmer's markets offer fresh and fried foods, concerts, performing arts, and cultural celebrations such as Greek Fest.
The cost of living in Indiana overall is at 87 on the index, with a comparison of the US average at 100. The utilities are the most expensive due to the long, cold winters, and food is the least expensive. Accommodations are not as luxurious as can be found in major cities, but there are plenty of quaint inns, small hotels, and very inexpensive motels.
While our online courses will work fine for many employers/organizations, some of our visitors are required to go through a traditional AHA classroom course by their place of work. For those visitors, or for those required to pass a hands-on skills test, we have listed several local AHA training locations below.
