If you would like a refund for a course you've purchased within the last 1 year:
- Contact us and provide your name, address and the date you originally purchased the course.
- We will verify your order and refund your order, minus any express shipping charges.
After a refund has been issued, it typically takes 2-4 business days for the funds to be credited back to your purchase card.
Note: If the card you used to initially purchase the course is no longer in use (cancelled, expired, etc.) then we will mail your refund in the form of a cashier's check or money order which you can cash at any bank.
