About CECBEMS
CECBEMS is an organization established to develop and implement policies to standardize the review and approval of EMS continuing education activities. The sponsoring organizations of CECBEMS are, the American College of Emergency Physicians , National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians National Association of Emergency Medical Services Physicians, National Association of State Emergency Medical Services Directors, National Council of State Emergency Medical Services Training Coordinators, the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, the National Association of EMS Educators, and the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians.
CEH for Our Online ACLS Courses
Our courses have been reviewed and approved by CECBEMS for the following CEH:
- ACLS certification course: 5 CEH Advanced
- ACLS recertification course: 4 CEH Advanced
CEH Requirements
Customers who purchase one of our courses and would like to receive CEH will need to provide the following information:
- State of licensure
- State license number
- Type/level of license
- License expiration date
- NREMT registration number (if you are NREMT)
- NREMT reregistration date (if you are NREMT)
This information can be provided when the course is initially purchased, or afterwards by signing into your account and inputting the required information.
After the course exam has been successfully passed and the required information is provided, then we will mail out the CEH certificate for the course.
CEH for Existing Customers
If you purchased one of our online courses before we began offering CEH, you will be eligible to earn CEH at no extra cost to you by retaking the new accredited version of the course you originally purchased. Once you successfully take the course and pass the exam (and provide the required information such as license type and number) then we will send your CEH certificate to you.
If you're interested in retaking one of our courses to earn CEH, please contact us and we will answer any questions you have and get you started on the new course. |
